Please, arrive 30-60 minutes before dark. This lets Jack motor to his destination without lights and set up his gear while there is still some natural visibility. He turns on the fluorescent lights about 30 minutes before dark.
Night Fishing the St. Johns River and surrounding chain lakes of the Ocala National Forest provide excellent protection from the Florida heat! Jack will provide everything but a fishing license, so make sure you’re legal and get over to the FWC website to purchase your Freshwater Fishing License, and then get ready to enjoy a night of chasing those tasty, white-meat Speck! Your filet knife better be sharp, because if he has to clean your catch, he’s gonna eat it!
